Registration Now Open: State Health Research and Policy Interest Group Meeting

The State Health Research and Policy Interest Group Meeting will be held Saturday, June 27, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago. The meeting is held in conjunction with, and immediately precedes, the AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting held in the same location. Make the most of your travel funds by attending both meetings. (Separate registration is required for each.)

This year, the meeting goes beyond presentations to engage the audience in interactive, round-table discussions with a focus on learning from, and with, your peers.

Featuring panel and poster presentations, the three sessions will focus on state efforts to reduce costs and improve quality, strategies to maintain and expand coverage, and early results from the State Health Access Reform Evaluation (SHARE) program.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to delve into the details of state reform efforts and to discuss the politics and governance of reform efforts nationwide. To view the agenda and register today, visit the State Health Research and Policy Web page.
