Health Law Research Methods Course

June 25-26, AcademyHealth Office, Washington, DC

AcademyHealth, in collaboration with The George Washington University's Department of Health Policy, will host a two-day workshop designed to introduce health services researchers to the role of law in health policy-related research. Sessions will be led by Sara Rosenbaum, J.D., Hirsh Professor and Chair of George Washington University's Department of Health Policy, and additional faculty of the university's Department of Health Policy, Hirsh Health Law and Policy Program, and invited lecturers. Participants will learn essential tools and methods needed to understand the impact of law on health and health care. Certificates of completion will be provided.
