HCFO Releases a New Report and Policy Brief

Health care reform is high on the agenda of policymakers at both the state and federal levels, and the individual insurance market is central to many proposals that are either under discussion or in early implementation. In a recently released report, The Individual Insurance Market: A Building Block for Health Care Reform?, Adele M. Kirk, Ph.D., discusses the potential for existing HCFO research about the individual insurance market to inform debate about current health care reform proposals. HCFO Deputy Director Deborah L.
